Body Measurements

BMI Calculator

Body mass index (BMI) is a measure of body fat based on height and weight that applies to adult men and women.

Both Height and Weight are required.

Below is your Body Mass Index calculation.

Your BMI is (Under Weight) (Normal Weight) (Over Weight) (Obese)

Your BMI should fall between 18.5 - 24.9
Reset
Body Mass Index
Under Weight
≤ 18.5
Over Weight
25 - 29.5
Normal Weight
18.5 - 24.9
Obese

The BMI is generally used to determine if you are underweight, normal, overweight or obese. BMI is one of the many ways to determine body composition – it doesn’t take into account an individual’s muscle mass with their weight.
