great support to weight management
very comprehensive nutrition kit to help gut health, give essential multivitamin and minerals, love the taste of Isotonix, and the absorb ratio is amazing. the booklet is also very handy and easy to follow. Better to use it along with the coach, but also can use it as DIY. Highly recommended

In just 4 weeks my waist size went from 99cm to 84
wow....in just 4 weeks my waist size went from 99cm to 84cm. I have more energy, when I eat I feel satisfied but not sluggish, best of all I feel like my old self again! The best Weight Management Program for me!
Over the years I have tried so many weight loss programs and meal replacement shakes. My weight goes down and then comes back up again, like a yoyo! Until I embrace the TLS Lifestyle with the TLS 30-Day Jump Start Kit. Not only have I been able to lose and maintain my weight, I have become healthier, fitter and more energetic. I love all the TLS Recipes given to us free on the website. The TLS Shakes are so yummy and I also love all the TLS Baking Recipes where I can enjoy dessert and not putting on weight! ;)

Turned around 7 years of weight gain
Most of my adult life, I was the same weight. In my fifties, my metabolism changed and I gained 50 pounds in 7 years. Nothing turned around my weight gain until I found this. In the first week (detox), I began to lose inches and weight. I learned what affects metabolism and how to eat to burn fat and build muscle. In 8 months, I lost 24 inches, 31 pounds and 3 sizes and no longer had to hide between huge "tent" tops.
